Once your order ships, tracking is automatic — here's how to follow it.
1 · Check your email
When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with a tracking link to the address you used at checkout. Can't find it? Check spam/promotions folders first.
2 · Allow 5–7 days for the first scan
Carriers scan packages into their system within 5–7 days of dispatch. If tracking shows no information yet, it means your parcel hasn't been scanned — events will appear once it is.
3 · Track in your account
Signed up at checkout? View all orders and live statuses any time on your order status page.
4 · Something looks wrong?
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your estimated arrival date has passed, email nekiaobhm472571@hotmail.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier for you.
